| Management Team | |
|
IT Cadre's senior management is a highly disciplined, extremely focused and dedicated team of engineers with impressive backgrounds in industry and the military. Our team has over 25 years of engineering experience gained at major US corporations. This background has provided the team with a keen understanding of how companies operate and what should be done to effectively manage their internal/external operations. Leading this management team is Mark Madigan, President, who leads the company's sales and business development efforts. He is supported by Michael Morrisroe, Chief Engineer, who manages the software engineering development and customer support functions. Both complement each other in skills and experience. Mark, who was an infantry officer, held engineering management positions at MCI and IBM Federal Systems --while Mike, a former intelligence officer, also held engineering management positions at MCI. Together, they manage a staff dedicated to exceeding customer expectations in software systems development and customer support. |
