How we build our teams.
At IT Cadre we build our team one person at a time. The criteria listed below may seem overly simplistic, but it works. We need people that are smart, nice, honest and hardworking.
- Smart – IT Cadre has systems engineers, software developers, business continuity professionals, system testers, electrical engineers, business majors, web designers, a chemical engineer and a history major. But that’s only what’s listed on their diplomas and certifications. What they have in common is that they are extraordinarily good at thinking outside the box and solving problems. If you have that kind of smarts, we’re interested!
- Nice – We place a big emphasis on relationships. IT Cadre builds strong relationships with its customers – resolving conflicts and building consensus within organizations is critical to the success of any program. And frankly, that requires good people skills. IT Cadre needs people who communicate and work well with others. So if you are smart and nice, then we definitely want to talk with you.
